House Rules
Reception: The operating hours of our reception are from 8.30 in the morning until 8.00 in the evening. Outside of those hours, reception will have a telephone number listed for any urgent situations that will be available for you around the click.
Check-in: The check-in in our establishment will be between 1:30 in the afternoon and 8:00 in the evening. If by any chance you happen to arrive before that time, we have a place for you to leave your luggage and we will call you when your roo mis ready. Ifyou arrive a t the hostel after 8:00 we will send you the security codes for the door and for the safe en which your room keys will be.
Check-out is at 12:00 noon.
Parking: While our hostel does not have its own prívate parking, there are a number of public parking spaces, a few meters from the locale. You are more than wellcome to leave your luggage in front/inside of the hostel while looking for parking.
Palau
University of fine arts parking.
Pet policy: We allow for pets to stay at our hostel as long as thery are well behaved. In the interest of respecting our other guests, we just asked thatthey do not have the tendency to make loud noises on a regular basis. If you do come accompanied by your pet, could you please inform reception beforre your stay and a 50 euro deposit will be taken , of which 40 euros will be returned at the end of your stay.
